Manufacturing Grants
Grants are now more important than ever to UK business. The Economy has been in a recession for over 18 months. During recession growth plans are often put on the back burner. However a grant could help you still make vital capital investment your business needs.
RBS announced on the 14th of January 2010, that a £1bn Manufacturing loan fund will be put in place to assist the manufacturing sector. Great! However the minimum loan is £250,000. This does not help your average SME how may only be spending £250,000 and the bank wont want to give you 100% loan finance on that! So what is there available to SME manufacturers?
Well... GRANTS!
The UK is still a driving force in niche advanced manufacturing and the government has a large pot of money available to support this manufacturing base. This money is available to manufacturers in the UK through a national grant scheme and to those who have a new growth project which requires additional finance to make it happen.
Are you looking to grow through a capital investment project?
Do you require additional finance for the last piece of your funding jigsaw?
